All transactions are securely processed by third-party providers. We do not store your full payment information.

We ship within the United States, as well as to Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Japan.
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders. Baptiste Collection is not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs processing.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• You must contact us at Baptistecollection831@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (minus shipping costs, if applicable). Returns will not be accepted after the 7-day window.
